Ensil Canada Ltd. provides a limited warranty on repair work performed for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days on Labour and ninety (90) days on parts from the time of shipping of the products to the customer. This limited warranty is non-transferable, and does not cover software or firmware embedded in circuit boards or damages resulting from shipping or packaging, Electro Static Discharge, Lightning, abuse, installation or tampering by unauthorized persons. Ensil Canada Ltd. limited warranty covers only the work performed on the original defect. Ensil Canada Ltd. obligations under this warranty are limited to the repair and service by Ensil Canada Ltd. that proves to be defective, Which in no event shall exceed the amount customer paid to Ensil Canada Ltd. for the services. Ensil Canada Ltd. reserve the right to inspect the product for which warranty claim are made. Ensil Canada Ltd. makes no other warranties or promises, express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise, including, without limitation, any warranties of non-infringement , merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or any express or implied warranties or contract terms or amendments arising out of course of performance, course dealing or usage of trade. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ensil Canada Ltd. be liable for any indirect, special incidental or consequential damages arising from repair work performed by Ensil Canada Ltd. At Ensil Canada Ltd. discretion, repair work may be performed at any Ensil Canada Ltd. facility regardless of origin.
